We wanted to design a lamp that focuses on the light when on and off. A light that never stops shining, that has its own 'power'.
We created a semi-direct light that acts as both accent and decorative. A lamp that intrigues by playing on illusion and negative space. A dynamic, changing piece of design.
The collection consists of three pieces:
Floor lamp, Table lamp and Wall lamp

There are three states of the lamp.
1. When the lamp is off during the day, it emits no light.
2. When the lamp is on, the soft white light will illuminate the room
3. When the lamp is turned off after being on, or close to an external light source, the phosphorescent spray will shine a greenish glow

This design requires ten standard 1/4 inch screws, a flexible LED neon strip (220V circular360, 270 lm/m), borosilicate glass and a copper rod in the mentioned measurements, and phosphorescent spray in addition to that.
The lamp is 80cm in height, which sounds big but due to the thin structure, it keeps a classy aesthetic look, not chunky.
This project was done with the collaboration of Liron Krannor and Carlo Melerski.
